What’s your return policy?
We’ll gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
Because of health/hygiene reasons, bar soaps, unless they arrive damaged or defective, can’t be returned or exchanged.
Returns and exchange details:
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, or you would like to exchange your items, please let us know! We will refund or exchange your items. Refunds will be issued, minus the cost of shipping, once items are returned and inspected. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
Sizing details
All products are individually hand crafted and in small batches so variations are likely. Sizing listed is approximate. Bar Soaps: 3″ x 2″ x 1″ approximately 4 oz. Sugar Scrub Cubes: 1.5″ x 1.5″ x 1″ approximately 1.5 oz Bath Truffles: 2″ diameter approximately 2.5 oz
Payment
We accept payment via credit or PayPal. Payment is due upon purchase. Should you choose to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. If you choose to cancel your order after your item has shipped, please return the item and you will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within the shipping time frame provided. Please double-check the shipping address provided to ensure it is correct. All items are shipped via Etsy and are automatically shipped to the address provided. Seller is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
We ship within North America and military APO addresses.
Where’s my package?
Please check the shipping providers website with the tracking number provided in your shipping email. If it shows “Delivered” check some of the following common drop locations:
- Communal Mailboxes might have placed an extra key for a larger box containing your order
- Shipments to Mail stores, like the UPS store, typically hold packages behind the counter and will notify you of a package delivery via a message (text, email or note in box)
- Shipments to apartment, townhouse or security gated communities may be left with the business center or main office
- Shipments to corporate buildings or office suites may inadvertently be left with another tenant on your floor or by similar suite number
Care Instructions
Use ‘Em! Besides that, because our Sugar Scrub Cubes and Bath Truffles are high in butter and oil content we suggest storing them at temperatures below 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Bar Soaps are best when used within a year, however they’re perfectly good afterwards, they may just begin to have some yellow tinting which is harmless.
Wholesale Orders
We do offer wholesale orders of 50 Bar Soaps or more. Wholesale orders of Bath Truffles and Sugar Scrub Cubes require a minimum of 200. Please contact us for wholesale pricing and details.
